Associate Manager, Corporate Safety and Security

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day safety and security execution across assigned Central offices
• Directly manage and develop FTE Lobby Agents, including onboarding and performance management
• Maintain regular site presence through travel to assigned offices to assess risk
• Coordinate security planning for off-site corporate employee events
• Act as a local decision-maker during incidents and manage escalations
• Identify gaps in site security posture and drive remediation
• Translate global safety standards into practical site-level execution
• Partner cross-functionally with Workplace Experience, HR, Real Estate, and IT

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in corporate safety, security operations, or a related field
• Experience in people leadership and managing frontline teams
• Working knowledge of physical security operations (access control, visitor management, incident response)
• Foundational knowledge of occupational health and safety (OSHA compliance, life safety protocols)
• Experience coordinating safety programs or emergency response drills
• Ability to operate independently and make decisions in time-sensitive situations
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and workplace health hazard identification
• Relevant safety credential (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, CPR/AED certification) preferred
