Associate Manager, Core Annotations

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive a team of over 100 employees, providing strategic direction and support to line management.
• Manage the growth, performance, and efficiency of line managers to unlock the team's full potential.
• Develop and implement performance management strategies, including defining KPIs for all roles.
• Identify high and low performers, recognizing top talent and creating Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for those below standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, Product, Compliance, and Engineering, to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Implement best practices to improve employee engagement, productivity, and overall team workflows.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities to support organizational success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a managerial role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience leading large teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep understanding of performance management tools, including KPIs and employee development plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience leading change management across large organizations.
