Associate Manager, Clinical Liaison

Responsibilities

• Manage the Clinical team and iTero Trainers in the assigned market to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual clinical plans and sales targets.
• Provide in-house clinical guidance and customer support to Invisalign Providers, including case assessment, ClinCheck usage, and troubleshooting.
• Drive the development of customer capability in treatment planning for various dental malocclusions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to deliver an excellent clinical customer experience.
• Lead clinical events, speaker management, and localized training courses for customers and staff.
• Monitor market intelligence, competitor activity, and provide regular reporting to management.
• Develop and mentor a high-performance team through continuous coaching and professional development.

Requirements

• Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
• 6-8 years of relevant professional experience, including team management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in dental clinical practices.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel and work outside standard hours (evenings and weekends) as required.

• Previous experience in a corporate environment.
• Proven track record of managing clinical or technical training teams.
