Associate Manager, Clinical Data Management

Responsibilities

• Draft EDC build timelines in collaboration with the Data Management Lead
• Perform database build tasks by creating specifications for Database and Edit Checks
• Create test scripts and complete test data entry/UAT for Coding, Site Payment, and Safety Gateway
• Facilitate startup meetings including EDC build kick-off and Interactive eCRF Build
• Create and finalize study documents such as Data Quality Management Plans and eCRF completion Instructions
• Ensure all startup documents are completed per SOP and filed in eTMF
• Coordinate with Clinical Data Managers for data review tasks and external vendors for data escalations
• Support database lock activities and perform post-lock activities as needed
• Provide training and mentorship to junior Clinical Data Management staff

Requirements

• Experience in clinical data management processes
• Proficiency in drafting database specifications and EDC build timelines
• Ability to execute test scripts and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Strong documentation skills and experience with eTMF filing
• Experience supporting study startup, conduct, and closeout activities
