Associate Manager, Clinical Data Management

Responsibilities

• Draft EDC build timelines in collaboration with the Data Management Lead
• Perform database build tasks by creating specifications for Database and Edit Checks
• Create test scripts and complete test data entry/UAT for Coding, Site Payment, and Safety Gateway
• Facilitate startup meetings including EDC build kick-off and Interactive eCRF Build
• Finalize study documents such as Data Quality Management Plans and eCRF completion Instructions
• Ensure all startup documents are completed per SOP and filed in the eTMF
• Coordinate with Clinical Data Managers and external vendors for data review and escalations
• Support database lock activities and post-lock tasks during study closeout
• Provide training and mentorship to junior Clinical Data Management staff

Requirements

• Experience in clinical data management lifecycle (startup, conduct, and closeout)
• Proficiency in EDC build specifications and test script creation
• Experience with UAT completion and study document finalization
• Knowledge of eTMF filing processes and SOP compliance
• Ability to mentor junior staff and support project management tasks
