Responsibilities

  • Manage Global AR Collections & Strategic Accounts to ensure timely cash flow
  • Oversee UAT & System Enhancements acting as a liaison between Finance and IT
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with IT, Treasury, and external partners
  • Lead strategic projects including Escheatment with EY and AR automation initiatives
  • Develop dashboards and process documentation for audit readiness

Requirements

  • Experience in complex negotiations and relationship management with global strategic accounts
  • Proven cross-functional leadership skills to influence Finance and IT stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and risk management capabilities regarding credit risk and compliance
  • Ability to lead change management and team development initiatives
