Associate Manager - Affiliate Growth

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and scale high-quality affiliates across multiple verticals to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media buying affiliates and key publisher accounts.
• Monitor daily performance metrics including revenue, conversions, EPC, CTR, CR, and ROI.
• Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, budgets, and campaign opportunities to maximize profitability.
• Analyze campaign trends and recommend optimization opportunities to improve traffic performance.
• Coordinate with Advertiser Growth, Sales, and Tech teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and troubleshooting.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and share actionable market insights.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of direct experience in the Affiliate Marketing industry.
• Proven experience specifically managing Media Buying Affiliates.
• Strong understanding of affiliate models including CPA, CPL, CPS, CPI, RevShare, and Hybrid.
• Proficiency in Excel, performance analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
