Associate Manager - Affiliate Growth

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns to drive revenue growth and improved performance
• Analyze key campaign KPIs including Revenue, Conversion Rate (CR), ROI, EPC, and traffic quality
• Build and maintain strong relationships with active and high-potential affiliates
• Pitch relevant campaigns and offers to affiliates within defined timelines
• Coordinate with Advertiser Growth, Network Operations, and Tech Solutions teams for campaign execution
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly performance reports and actionable insights
• Resolve affiliate queries and campaign-related escalations within SLA timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Affiliate Growth, or Performance Marketing
• Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, traffic models, and optimization strategies
• Proven experience managing publisher/affiliate relationships and scaling campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex campaign data
• Knowledge of tracking platforms such as Trackier, Affise, or Everflow
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
