Associate Manager – Account Management

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions and communication
• Convert client objectives into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, media, analytics, and production departments
• Manage end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across social media, content, and performance channels
• Develop and maintain content calendars, project timelines, and approval trackers
• Monitor campaign performance and interpret key social media and digital metrics
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports featuring actionable insights and recommendations
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and client expectations
• Identify opportunities for account growth and process improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital account management or client servicing within an agency environment
• Proven experience handling banking, financial services, or BFSI clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and reporting frameworks
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
