Associate, Logistics

Responsibilities

• Manage the inventory lifecycle, including receiving shipments, tagging items, and logging returns in tracking systems
• Inspect products for damage, cleanliness, and quality to ensure they meet luxury standards
• Clean, pack, and prepare member orders for shipment with meticulous attention to detail
• Communicate and escalate issues such as missing parts, damaged items, or shipping delays
• Handle RFID bag processing, labeling, and storage while maintaining an organized workspace

• Exceptional organization and high attention to detail
• A customer-focused and brand-conscious mindset
• Ability to work comfortably with technology in a fast-paced startup environment
• Positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to tackle diverse operational challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in fashion, luxury, or related operational roles
