About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the inventory lifecycle, including receiving shipments, tagging items, and logging returns in tracking systems
- Inspect products for damage, cleanliness, and quality to ensure they meet luxury standards
- Clean, pack, and prepare member orders for shipment with meticulous attention to detail
- Communicate and escalate issues such as missing parts, damaged items, or shipping delays
- Handle RFID bag processing, labeling, and storage while maintaining an organized workspace
Requirements
- Exceptional organization and high attention to detail
- A customer-focused and brand-conscious mindset
- Ability to work comfortably with technology in a fast-paced startup environment
- Positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to tackle diverse operational challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in fashion, luxury, or related operational roles
