Associate Litigation & Arbitration

Responsibilities

• Advise Swiss and international clients on dispute resolution strategies and the enforcement of claims
• Represent Swiss and international clients before state courts
• Represent Swiss and international clients in arbitration proceedings in both English and German
• Provide advisory services related to large-scale local and international projects

Requirements

• Completed law degree and admission to the Swiss bar
• Multi-year professional experience in litigation and arbitration
• Excellent academic record
• Fluency in both German and English
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong client service orientation and ability to work effectively in a team
