Associate - Listings & Ecosystem Development

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Ecosystem to co-own client relationships
• Provide support for live deals, including preparing presentations, proposals, and coordinating with internal teams
• Produce market research and analysis on various aspects of the crypto ecosystem
• Support the development of new services geared towards developers and early-stage startups
• Manage client relationships, including contracting, administrative tasks, and billing
• Act as an expert in the cryptocurrency market and BitGo's product suite (custody, trading, staking, DeFi, etc.)
• Drive and manage client requests across multiple internal teams including trading, operations, and compliance

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role
• 2+ years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry
• Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem and market trends (L1, L2, DeFi, GameFi, DePIN, etc.)
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to translate trends into strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Ability to work full-time onsite at our New York City office

Preferred Qualifications

• Established relationships with coin foundations, token projects, or Venture Capital firms
• Prior experience working in a startup environment
• Knowledge of financial markets, custody, prime brokerage, lending, or trading
