Associate - LIMS

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support to the laboratory, including answering questions for management and laboratory personnel
• Assist with preparing LIMS stability studies for new product set downs, including release and process validation samples
• Create and revise LIMS Product Specifications, Item Codes, and related LIMS components for new products and specification changes
• Apply LIMS Product Specification changes to existing samples within the Research and Development Chemistry laboratory
• Support Stability Management duties and perform other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience
• Knowledge of GXPs, 21 CFR, and health authority requirements
• Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing)
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, ratios, and rates
• Strong organizational, time management, and technical writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Labware LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
• Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with Viatris product testing methods and specifications
