About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute email, SMS, and push campaigns across the member lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Build and QA campaigns within CRM platforms to ensure high-quality delivery
- Support the strategy and execution of Google and Yelp review programs
- Monitor review trends and surface insights to inform clinic-level improvements
- Assist in building and maintaining monthly reporting for NPS, app ratings, and churn drivers
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, and Care teams to support member experience initiatives
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, CRM, lifecycle, or customer experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Comfort working with data and the ability to pull insights and spot trends
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM tools such as Braze, Iterable, or HubSpot
