Associate Lecturer

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality instruction in specialized disciplines including Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Entrepreneurship, or Marketing.
• Support growing student enrollment through effective classroom or online teaching.
• Engage with students to facilitate learning and academic success within the College of Management.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD/PhD candidacy in the area of instruction or a closely related field.
• For candidates with a master's degree, a record of professional experience and continuous engagement in a professional setting is required.
• Demonstrated potential for excellence in instruction.

Preferred Qualifications

• A proven record of excellence in classroom instruction.
• Experience with online or remote instruction delivery.
