About the Company

Keller Postman represents a broad array of clients in class and mass actions, individual arbitrations, and multidistrict litigation matters. The firm focuses on large-scale arbitration proceedings, mass tort, antitrust, privacy, product liability, employment, and consumer-rights matters.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop claims on behalf of injured clients through factual and legal analysis
• Review and synthesize medical records, case files, and investigatory materials
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda
• Manage written discovery and large-scale document review processes
• Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, fact witnesses, and expert witnesses
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case status and expectations
• Collaborate with co-counsel and national litigation teams in multidistrict proceedings
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit development and witness outlines
• Attend hearings, court appearances, and trials as needed

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active U.S. bar license in good standing
• 3–5 years of experience in complex litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mass torts, product liability, or personal injury litigation
• Familiarity with multidistrict litigation (MDL) or class actions
• Experience reviewing and analyzing medical records
• Exposure to expert witness development and coordination
