Associate IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch IT support (helpdesk, troubleshooting) to local and remote employees across hardware and software (Mac & Windows)
• Maintain and provide technical assistance with all office technology including printers, Zoom Rooms, room schedulers, and Wi-Fi
• Onboard and offboard employees by leading orientations and provisioning/deprovisioning hardware and accounts
• Manage laptop lifecycle logistics including provisioning, shipping, receiving, and asset tracking
• Operate cloud services such as Google Workspace, Azure AD/M365, Slack, Okta, Jira, and Zoom
• Partner with Workplace on desk deployments and office changes, and coordinate with InfoSec on device compliance
• Write and maintain runbooks and SOPs

Requirements

• 1+ year in IT support preferred (or CS/IT degree/relevant certifications)
• Ability to be onsite 5 days a week in the SOMA SF office
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and excitement for building new processes
• Effective use of AI tools for support, scripting, and documentation
