Associate IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects across multiple business functions
• Maintain project schedules, action item logs, risk documentation, and project documentation
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes
• Assist with project status reporting and stakeholder communications
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and document business needs
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, and business readiness activities
• Coordinate activities between internal teams, vendors, and external partners
• Assist in identifying project risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and governance standards

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, operations, technology, or consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to facilitate meetings, capture requirements, and document decisions
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Monday.com
• Basic understanding of enterprise applications, data flows, and integrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in cross-functional environments
• Exposure to project management methodologies and business process improvement
• PMP certification
