Associate IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through execution and stabilization
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT teams to identify and deliver process improvements
• Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, solution evaluation, and project planning
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful project execution
• Prepare executive-level status updates, risk assessments, and governance materials
• Lead UAT planning, execution, and business readiness activities
• Support ERP, finance systems, and business transformation initiatives
• Monitor project performance, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes
• Support internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance-related initiatives
• Drive adoption of new processes and technologies through effective change management

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in project management, finance transformation, or accounting operations
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, system upgrades, or integrations
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and operational workflows
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Monday.com
• Working knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Strong financial acumen with accounting or FP&A exposure
