Associate IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to local, remote, and event-based employees, contractors, and vendors
• Manage and resolve helpdesk requests while maintaining high customer service standards
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Mac and Windows computers, mobile devices, and office hardware
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including workstation setup and account provisioning
• Maintain inventory and lifecycle tracking of company-owned IT equipment and assets
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and business applications such as Outlook, Teams, and Zoom
• Assist with networking, wireless connectivity, VPN access, and A/V systems
• Support IT operations for festivals, events, and remote production environments as needed
• Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and security initiatives

Requirements

• Experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Experience troubleshooting printers, monitors, and conference room A/V systems
• Working knowledge of helpdesk ticketing systems and IT asset management
• Basic networking knowledge including Wi-Fi, VPN, and TCP/IP troubleshooting
• Ability to travel as needed and provide support during major festivals and events
• 2 years of IT project management experience preferred
