About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute Financial and IT SOX testing for North America, EMEA, and other required entities
- Develop detailed work papers documenting all performed testing procedures
- Analyze IT and business processes to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls
- Perform follow-up communications with IT and business units regarding requests and test-related inquiries
- Provide support to senior team members on various special projects and assignments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or IT-related major (e.g., Accounting, Data Analytics, Finance, or MIS)
- 1-2+ years of relevant professional experience in public accounting, internal audit, or IT audit
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and navigate complex processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven project management skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant professional designations such as CPA, CIA, or CISA
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Dataiku, Alteryx, QlikSense, PowerBI) and AI tools
- Knowledge of application logical security and edit/validation testing
- Experience within the insurance industry (Property, Casualty, A&H, etc.)
