Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, confident, and consistent responses to investment- and portfolio-related inquiries
• Provide support via email and scheduled calls to high-net-worth clients
• Develop fluency across asset classes and private markets to contextualize client portfolios
• Collaborate with investment, product, and operations teams to improve reporting and client experience
• Identify and surface potential sales opportunities for the sales team
• Capture and communicate recurring client feedback to inform product improvements

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in client service, investor relations, or a client-facing role within financial services or asset management
• Strong understanding of investment concepts and financial markets
• Clear and confident communication skills
• High emotional intelligence for sensitive client interactions
• Detail-oriented and solutions-driven mindset
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
