Associate, Investor Services

Responsibilities

• Support investor onboarding processes, including the review of subscription agreements, AML/KYC, regulatory, and tax documents
• Capture and maintain accurate investor data throughout the investor lifecycle
• Manage investor data rooms, including setup, document maintenance, and contact management
• Respond to and resolve investor-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Reconcile data with Fund Administrators and follow procedures to resolve any discrepancies
• Collaborate with global Relationship Management and Product Management teams to streamline processes across Finance, Legal, Tax, and Compliance
• Assist in developing, implementing, and documenting new workflows and technology-driven procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, consulting, investment/wealth management, or business management
• Proven experience with investor onboarding and AML/KYC protocols
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively across different time zones
• High attention to detail and a commitment to protecting sensitive client information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with alternative asset classes
• Proficiency with Salesforce and/or Intralinks
• Background in customer service roles
• Experience with Microsoft Visio
