Associate, Investor Relations, Private Credit

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of investor communications and materials for corporate direct lending and multi-strategy private credit strategies
• Prepare responses to regular and ad-hoc investor inquiries regarding portfolio investments and positioning
• Coordinate materials for client engagement, including LPAC meetings and co-investment opportunities
• Contribute to fund brochures, talking points, and other marketing and client-facing materials
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate responses to clients
• Synthesize investment insights and market dynamics into clear, client-ready written commentary
• Collaborate with investment professionals, the Global Client Group, and other internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role within institutional asset management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (or the ability to obtain them within a compressed timeframe)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Strong project management, teamwork, and communication skills
• Strong interest in markets and leveraged finance

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CFA, or other recognized advanced credentials
