Responsibilities

• Assist in managing requirements and documentation for a newly public company environment
• Manage relationships across sell-side equity research analysts and coverage universe
• Coordinate logistics for investor roadshows and conferences (NDRs)
• Manage data requests and materials for investor and analyst due diligence sessions
• Support the quarterly earnings process, including drafting press releases, scripts, and Q&A documents
• Work with Finance, Legal, and Communications to ensure consistent messaging
• Monitor and summarize sell-side research, consensus estimates, and competitor performance
• Track shareholder base changes and institutional ownership trends
• Identify and prioritize potential new institutional investors and maintain IR CRM database

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Equity Research
• Experience supporting a company through a liquidity event like an IPO or major capital raise
• Experience in large, complex, publicly traded companies (semiconductor, cloud, or advanced tech preferred)
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and GAAP
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or IR-specific CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field

• Experience in sectors such as semiconductor, cloud, or advanced technology
