Associate, Investment

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities through financial modeling and due diligence
• Prepare and present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee
• Assist with deal closing processes alongside the Investment Structuring Team and legal counsel
• Represent the team and build rapport with partners and counterparties at meetings and industry events
• Monitor and assist in the management of existing portfolio companies and investments
• Support client and fundraising requests and participate in meetings
• Conduct market and sector research for pitchbooks, client materials, or external publications

Requirements

• 2-4 years of deal experience in infrastructure & real assets, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to interpret financial statements
• Ability to handle high responsibility and perform under pressure with minimum supervision
• Strong problem solving, influencing, and relationship building skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel on a varying basis
