Associate, Investment Operations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with counterparties, custodians, portfolio managers, and legal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing
• Communicate directly with clients in a timely manner
• Independently complete fund subscription documents and custodian new account opening forms
• Execute investment operations including transaction processing, investment funding, cash transfers, and wire set-ups
• Coordinate the collection of AML/KYC documents for client investments
• Escalate issues and inaccuracies to the head of Investment Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of financial services experience
• Exposure to investment operations, fund administration, data governance, or investment management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
