Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients to retain and grow relationships by evaluating personal and investment needs.
  • Create investment policy statements, asset allocations, investment portfolios, and comprehensive financial plans.
  • Implement client strategies through active management of investment portfolios and ongoing performance evaluation.
  • Drive new sales results through personal networks, referrals, and collaboration with regional teams.
  • Support business development, revenue, and retention targets while ensuring strict compliance with risk management policies.
  • Enhance the client experience through proactive relationship management and high-quality service support.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in investment management or wealth services.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
  • Registered Investment Counsellor (IC) and/or Portfolio Management (PM) registration in the operating jurisdiction.
  • In-depth experience in discretionary money management for High Net Worth (HNW) individuals.
  • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
