Associate, Investment Banking Practice

Responsibilities

• Execute sell-side assignments including writing memoranda, building financial models, and managing M&A and due diligence processes
• Execute buy-side assignments including identifying acquisition candidates, qualifying targets, and building financial models
• Develop deal marketing presentations and narratives using sales collateral and investor materials
• Mentor and coach junior team members
• Support senior bankers with research, analysis, and presentation development

Requirements

• 3+ years of investment banking experience with a focus on M&A, or 4 years of accounting experience with a focus on transaction services
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with a minimum GPA of 3.5
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the education, media, or software industries
