Associate, Investment Banking - Power & Utilities

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze the financial needs of corporate clients through the development of complex financial models
• Perform comprehensive financial statement analysis and maintain industry-specific data models
• Create high-quality marketing materials, client presentations, and transaction documentation
• Support the structuring and execution of M&A, capital raises, and debt lending transactions
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients in the power and utilities sector

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking or the power/utilities sector
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering, Economics, Science, or Technology
• Strong quantitative skills with a focus on financial analysis, accounting, and financial theory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level skills in Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under demanding deadlines and high pressure
