Associate, Investment Banking - Equity Capital Markets

Responsibilities

• Support the design, structuring, and execution of investment banking products for Energy & Power (E&P) clients
• Analyze companies and client investments to provide strategic recommendations
• Review and analyze market data, valuation analyses, and financial models to guide deliverables
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the Investment Banking Program
• Collaborate with Analysts, Vice Presidents, and Managing Directors to achieve group goals
• Interact with internal and external customers to resolve business challenges

Requirements

• 2+ years of Investment Banking Program experience or equivalent professional experience
• Strong financial modeling expertise and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy in complex deliverables
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to work long hours in a demanding, highly focused team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of specific Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transaction experience
• Direct experience working within the Energy & Power industry
