About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily stock movement and run inventory adjustment reports
- Provide category-level stock reports for all stores
- Guide stores on receiving deliveries, returning POs, and operational stock issues
- Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts for active stores
- Perform invoice matching with the finance team to resolve discrepancies
- Report weekly inventory adjustments and shrinkage percentages to the GM
- Conduct spot checks and store visits to investigate inventory discrepancies
- Report system issues affecting store operations and stock accuracy
- Perform monthly reconciliations and inventory turnover reporting with finance
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management
- Highly detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders and interact with senior executives
- Hands-on approach with various digital tools
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage
