Associate Inventory Controller

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock movement and run reports for daily inventory adjustments
• Provide category-level stock reports for all stores
• Guide stores on receiving deliveries, returning POs, and resolving operational stock issues
• Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts for active stores
• Perform invoice matching in collaboration with the finance team to resolve discrepancies
• Provide weekly reports to the GM regarding total inventory adjustments and shrinkage percentages
• Conduct spot checks and store visits to investigate inventory discrepancies
• Report system issues related to store operations that impact stock accuracy
• Perform monthly reconciliations and inventory turnover reporting with the finance department

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in inventory management
• Highly detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to interact with senior-level executives and manage multiple stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and solve problems
• Fluent English; Arabic fluency is highly advantageous
