Associate International Sales Operations

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue post-sale Sales Offers and Confirmations to clients
• Coordinate contract execution and ensure timely performance as per agreed terms
• Liaise with sourcing and vessel operations teams to align shipment schedules and loading plans
• Prepare and compile shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading
• Manage documentation under Letter of Credit (LC) and Cash Against Documents (CAD) terms in compliance with UCP600
• Follow up with clients and banks to ensure timely payment realization
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal trackers and outstanding payment lists
• Manage digital record keeping and internal reporting workflows

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline; specialization in International Business or Commodity Trade preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in post-sales or trade operations within commodity trading or export-import
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and G-suite tools
• Strong knowledge of LC and CAD terms
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of additional foreign languages such as Russian, Greek, or German
• Experience using Slack, Notion, and Adobe Acrobat
