Associate, Internal Sales, Retail Distribution

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results for designated products through third-party intermediaries or BMO channels
• Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies to achieve objectives and acquire new clients
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Organize and conduct regular conference calls and presentations to promote new strategies
• Provide strategic input to product development and marketing teams to grow the business
• Analyze data and market information to provide insights, recommendations, and solve strategic problems
• Monitor and track performance while addressing any emerging issues
• Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and legal guidelines and risk management frameworks

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales or a related financial field
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic understanding of intermediary sales and the financial market
• In-depth verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth analytical, problem-solving, and influence skills
• Strong collaboration and team-building capabilities
