Associate Integrated Auditor

Responsibilities

• Execute Financial and IT SOX testing for North America, EMEA, and other required entities
• Develop detailed work papers documenting all performed testing procedures
• Analyze IT and business processes to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls
• Perform follow-up communications with IT and business units regarding requests and test-related inquiries
• Provide support to senior team members on various special projects and assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or IT-related major (Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or MIS)
• 1-2+ years of relevant experience in public accounting, internal audit, or IT audit
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and navigate complex processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong project management skills and a self-motivated approach to learning

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional designations such as CPA, CIA, or CISA
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Dataiku, Alteryx, QlikSense, PowerBI) and AI tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with IT controls (e.g., application logical security, edit/validation testing)
• Background in the insurance industry (Property, Casualty, A&H, etc.)
