Associate, Insurance Product & Benefit Execution

Responsibilities

• Support the development of product-specific components for ACA filings, including benefits, cost-sharing structures, and plan design attributes
• Translate product designs into required formats using internal systems and tools to ensure accuracy and alignment across filing artifacts
• Partner with product managers to validate plan designs and resolve system discrepancies
• Support the analysis and resolution of regulatory objections from DOI and CMS
• Coordinate with Actuarial, Compliance, and Technology teams to implement required updates and maintain documentation for auditability
• Maintain trackers and documentation to monitor filing deliverables, dependencies, and timelines
• Perform quality assurance and data validation to ensure compliance with internal processes and applicable laws

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product, analytics, strategy, consulting, or insurance-related roles
• Exposure to ACA individual and QHP products (including Small Group)
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ACA plan design concepts such as EHB’s and limit language
• Experience with internal product configuration and filing systems
• Strong Excel and data management skills
• Experience managing project coordination tasks and deliverables
