About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the development of product-specific components for ACA filings, including benefits, cost-sharing structures, and plan design attributes
- Translate product designs into required formats using internal systems and tools to ensure accuracy and alignment across filing artifacts
- Partner with product managers to validate plan designs and resolve system discrepancies
- Support the analysis and resolution of regulatory objections from DOI and CMS
- Coordinate with Actuarial, Compliance, and Technology teams to implement required updates and maintain documentation for auditability
- Maintain trackers and documentation to monitor filing deliverables, dependencies, and timelines
- Perform quality assurance and data validation to ensure compliance with internal processes and applicable laws
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product, analytics, strategy, consulting, or insurance-related roles
- Exposure to ACA individual and QHP products (including Small Group)
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ACA plan design concepts such as EHB’s and limit language
- Experience with internal product configuration and filing systems
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Experience managing project coordination tasks and deliverables
