Associate, Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to design and develop engaging, learner-first eLearning experiences
• Transform complex ideas into simple, interactive, and visually appealing digital learning modules
• Create standout multimedia content including videos, animations, simulations, and infographics
• Refresh and enhance existing learning materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and modern appeal
• Align all content with brand guidelines, quality benchmarks, and compliance requirements
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to deliver impactful learning journeys
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize eLearning modules for seamless performance across LMS platforms using SCORM and xAPI

Requirements

• Degree in Instructional Design, Learning, or a related discipline
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in instructional design or eLearning development
• Strong foundation in instructional theories, adult learning, and curriculum design
• Proficiency with leading eLearning tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, or Adobe Captivate
• Basic understanding of LMS standards including SCORM and xAPI
• Experience in multimedia production, including video editing, audio narration, and animation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
