Associate Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute scheduled outbound telephone sales calls to an assigned customer base
• Manage inbound sales orders via telephone, email, ecommerce, and fax
• Use historical sales data and CRM insights to create quality re-orders and upsell new items
• Build and maintain strong professional rapport and relationships with customers
• Execute sales programs and initiatives to achieve assigned sales goals
• Monitor and report unusual customer sales trends or lack of activity
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, customer master data, and sales order entry
• Coordinate sales service efforts with field-based Business Development Representatives

Requirements

• 1 year of Customer Service, Sales, or Call Center experience in an office environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with advanced Outlook and Excel skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate product features into customer benefits

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Margin Minder, SAP, or similar data collection and tracking systems
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
