Associate, Infrastructure Secondaries

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities by conducting due diligence, researching industries, and interviewing fund sponsors
• Perform quantitative and qualitative due diligence on infrastructure limited partnership interests and underlying company investments
• Prepare complex financial models as part of the underwriting team
• Develop a professional network within the infrastructure industry through deal negotiations and industry conferences
• Prepare high-quality presentations for investors, firm partners, and counterparties
• Support the deal team in transaction management, including negotiations and execution of closings

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking (Infrastructure, Power & Utilities preferred), infrastructure, secondaries principal investing, or valuation/restructuring advisory
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in a second European language
• Proven track record of leadership and academic achievement
