Associate, Infrastructure Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and maintenance of complex financial models
• Assist with the due diligence process, deal structuring, and execution
• Support the preparation of investment committee materials
• Conduct industry and thematic research to identify new opportunities
• Monitor and report on the operational and financial performance of investments, including variance analysis
• Interface with portfolio companies, third-party diligence providers, and other external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in private equity, project finance, investment banking, development, or the power/energy/infrastructure sectors
• Strong financial modeling capabilities in Excel
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep industry knowledge within the infrastructure asset class
• Experience in renewable energy, energy storage, or digital infrastructure sectors
