Associate Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and modernization of AV/VC infrastructure across conference centers, meeting rooms, and hybrid collaboration spaces.
• Assist in developing scalable solutions including video conferencing systems, audio systems, control systems, and smart space technologies.
• Manage project lifecycles by assisting with planning, implementation tracking, testing, commissioning, and operational handover.
• Support procurement activities by preparing technical requirements, RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, and reviewing vendor proposals.
• Coordinate with ITS, Facilities, Corporate Procurement, and external vendors to ensure technical and contractual requirements are met.
• Monitor project activities against scope, schedule, and budget while identifying technical risks and dependencies.

Requirements

• Master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• SAFe certification is required.
• Proven experience with AV/VC infrastructure, smart room technology, and collaboration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of procurement policies, contract negotiations, and project execution methodologies.
• Experience in project delivery and infrastructure engineering.
