Associate Industry Tech Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site water system assessments and summarize findings in technical reports
• Develop water safety plans to manage risks associated with Legionella and other pathogens
• Support customer review meetings by presenting key findings and service reports
• Help customers manage water management program compliance and performance
• Create and deliver water safety training for customers and field representatives
• Partner with sales teams to schedule and conduct water safety site surveys
• Prepare customer offers for water safety programs and services
• Travel to customer locations across North America approximately 40% to 60% of the time

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
• 5 years of technical experience
• Ability to travel 50% or more overnight

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, microbiology, or engineering
• Experience preparing detailed technical reports
• Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies for waterborne pathogens in building water systems
• Experience in marketing, technical consulting, or customer-facing roles
