About the role
Responsibilities
- Process Indian payrolls accurately and efficiently to meet strict turnaround times and service level agreements
- Provide effective payroll services to ensure timely and accurate salary payments for employees
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform second-level data verification and provide feedback on quality issues identified during audits
- Prioritize and action daily tasks to meet production targets and SLAs
- Calculate and prepare manual payments and third-party disbursements
- Maintain process-related reports, documentation, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with onshore teams and internal colleagues to support team goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field (excluding B.Tech or BE)
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and a proactive learning attitude
