Incandescent is an advisory firm discovering how to create, build, and run enterprises to do the world’s most important work. We focus our work on three primary platforms: Corporates & Fortune 500s, Systems Change Organizations, and Ventures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research on client organizations, industries, and business problems
• Synthesize learnings across interviews, meetings, and background materials to distill key insights
• Support and lead meetings with clients and stakeholders to gather insight and build trust
• Prepare polished, client-ready materials including decks, memos, and other working documents
• Contribute to building firm systems and processes

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in strategic advisory, corporate, or startup contexts preferred
• Strong research and synthesis skills
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear communication
• Disciplined, self-driven, and intentional work ethic
• Intellectual curiosity and interest in AI applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in highly entrepreneurial environments
• Strong developmental orientation and openness to feedback
