Associate Improvement Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and sustainment of Continuous Improvement (CI) frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
• Facilitate value stream mapping sessions to identify waste and process inefficiencies
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness
• Drive root cause analysis using methodologies like 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagrams
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement
• Partner with Quality and Operations teams to align CI initiatives with regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities for process automation and digitization
• Manage complex, large-scale cross-functional projects and budget proposals
• Mentor and coach entry-level employees in Continuous Improvement practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Production
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
• Experience with CRM software
• Ability to travel and work outside core business hours as required
• Must qualify as a US person for ITAR compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Safran Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt or Greenbelt certification
• Aerospace background
• Aircraft interior industry experience
