Responsibilities

• Act as a knowledgeable stylist, helping customers discover their personal style through curated product selections and exceptional service.
• Greet guests warmly and provide styling advice, suggesting add-ons and creating complete looks.
• Drive sales results through strong customer connections and brand storytelling.
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions to ensure a seamless checkout experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly, as well as climb, bend, and kneel.
