Associate II, Outsourced Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing campaigns within a global external contract manufacturing network to ensure uninterrupted supply of clinical and commercial products.
• Manage supplier performance and execute business strategies with external manufacturing organizations.
• Coordinate inter- and intra-company technical transfers.
• Manage CMOs tactically to ensure products are manufactured according to registered processes and approved Master Production Records.
• Support the resolution of manufacturing and compliance issues, including deviations, complaints, out-of-specification investigations, and change controls.
• Facilitate continuous improvement of production and business processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech organization.
• BA or BS degree in science or engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• MS or MBA degree.
• Advanced degree in science or engineering.
