Associate II Commercial Banking Warehouse Lending

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor client collateral credit performance for asset-backed finance (ABF) transactions.
• Process loan transactions including draw requests, pay downs, and distribution of funds.
• Prepare modeling and analysis for monthly and quarterly portfolio reviews, including ABS market overviews.
• Monitor deals for covenant compliance and ensure accuracy of client financial and collateral reporting.
• Support the underwriting process for existing warehouse credit facilities by preparing credit memoranda and structured finance models.
• Analyze client financial statements, collateral tapes, and perform collateral stratification.
• Act as a point of contact for assigned clients and collaborate with relationship managers to support client meetings and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience, OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business.
• Experience in Commercial Banking, Asset Backed Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Asset Backed Securities, Warehouse Lending, or Corporate Finance.
