Responsibilities

• Process client cash flows in pooled funds and separately managed accounts (SMAs)
• Collaborate with internal teams including Compliance, Portfolio Construction, and Operations
• Communicate with external parties including clients and funds’ service providers
• Maintain accurate client information and facilitate account openings, transitions, restructurings, and closings
• Streamline and improve existing workflow processes for greater efficiency and risk mitigation
• Contribute to special projects including technological enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials
• 3-5 years of experience in Client Service or Operations within the Investment Management industry
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Superior attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solution-oriented mindset with an eye towards process improvements and automation
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

• Base salary range of $75,000 – $90,000
• Discretionary incentive compensation eligibility
